PLEASE NOTE: As it wouldn't be ethically acceptable to directly copy other artists work. I would be more than happy to draw inspiration and work with you to create a design you are happy with in 'our' personal style.
Bespoke pieces can take anywhere between 6-8 weeks so please be mindful of this time frame.
I am more than happy to modify any of my designs which you may see on my website, so If you have any queries about any of the products then please do not hesitate to ask.
What to expect
We want to keep you involved in the design process as much as you'd like. This will include photo and video updates along the way. If you wish to keep it a surprise then we are happy to do this also.
Design - Once we have discussed the intricacies of your bespoke piece we will then sketch up some designs for you to have a look at.
Stone sourcing - If stones are discussed in the initial design stage then you will receive photographs and videos of the stones before the next phase of the process.
Wax carving - Once we have the designs confirmed we will then begin the carving process. This will provide a 3D maquette of the piece. You are more than welcome to come to the workshop to try on the piece before casting.
Casting, setting and cleaning up - These are the final steps before your piece is finished. Once complete you will be contacted to either arrange pick up or we are happy to post the piece directly to you.

Delivery & Returns
Please allow two weeks for deliveries.
UK orders are posted by Royal Mail First Class signed for unless an alternative shipping method has been agreed.
Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but an item may be exchanged on the condition no wear or damage has occurred.
Custom jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sizing
It’s important to get an accurate measurement of your finger so your ring fits correctly.
If you’re unsure of your ring size, we recommend visiting a local jewellers who will measure it for you free of charge. Alternatively, you can purchase a finger ring sizer from various places online.
**TIP**
Its best not to size your fingers when you are too hot or too cold as this will effect the size of your fingers.
How to care for your Jewellery.
Sterling silver is a durable metal, however all pieces are handmade art and like anything they can be scratched or broken if not handled with care.
sterling silver will tarnish naturally overtime or if exposed to salty air, chlorine, bleach, perspiration, cosmetics and other strong chemicals.
To prevent tarnish as much as possible, clean it regularly with soapy warm water or use the polishing cloth provided with your piece. You can also keep it extra safe and clean by keeping the box your piece came in when not in use.
